Below are the general studio policies. Thank you for your cooperation in helping the studio run effectively and efficiently.
Tuition Policy:
Tuition is not prorated or credited for missed lessons for any reason, even with advanced notice.
Please make your commitment to voice lessons a priority.
Make-up lessons are NOT offered for missed lessons for any reason.
You may send a friend or family member to take your lesson for you if you cannot make it. Please let the studio know via text if you plan to do so.
Tuition is not pro rated if you come late or leave early for any reason.
Tuition is due by the 10th of the month at beginning of your lesson.
Tuition paid after the 10th will be charged a $10 late fee.
Tuition does not change/pro-rate for school holidays.
When there are 5 weeks in a month, there is no lesson on the 5th week.
Extra lessons are billed at the “a la carte” rate.
Punctuality:
Be on time. Your lesson will stop at the end of the scheduled time, regardless of your arrival time.
Please be mentally prepared to focus for lessons as every effort is made to give each student 100% of the teacher’s time and dedication during lessons.
Leaving early or arriving late forfeits that part of your lesson and is non-refundable.
If a cancellation is necessary, a phone call or text message in advance is appreciated.
Once a lesson is scheduled, you will be billed for it whether or not you choose to arrive.
The phone will not be answered during teaching hours: Please send a brief TEXT message if it is URGENT.
Phone: 801-336-7541
Responsibility:
Students must practice everyday to achieve maximum success.
Students are required to bring their own music to lessons. Any music borrowed from the Studio must be returned by the date assigned.
Coming to lessons each week signifies compliance with these terms.
